The 1st Race of the 2022 TMBRA
Texas Cup Mountain Bike Fall Series

September 3rd & 4th, 2022

The Barber Hills Mountain Bike Trail at Pat Mayse Lake in Paris, TX is hosting the opening round of the Texas Mountain Bike Racing Association’s (TMBRA) 2022 Texas Cup Mountain Bike Race Series.  Pre-ride and Kids’ Kup will be on Saturday and all of the races will be held on Sunday.

The race will be run in the forward direction. The course will be marked and if you follow the black arrows with the white background that will help keep you on course. See the route page for the various racecourse details. Barber HIlls on Trailforks

A racing license is required for all TMBRA events as this is a USA Cycling Event. Pro/Cat 1 riders must have an annual license. Cat 2 or Cat 3 racers may purchase a day-of license for $10 or use an annual license.

  • The race will be rain or shine. The course may be revised if needed for muddy conditions. All fees are nonrefundable

  • Barber Hills is open for pre-riding unless closed due to adverse trail conditions.

  • Helmets are required at all times when on a bike.

  • Dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a leash.

Camping and RV hookups near the race venue for Saturday night only will be available to purchase at registration for $22.00. The race director will email the registered rider a confirmation of the site number he or she will be assigned. A link will be sent to reserve additional nights if needed.
